Kingdom City Coffeehouse is a job training and life skills center for high school-aged youth—using a working café to build real-world experience and lifelong confidence.
“Working at Kingdom City Coffeehouse has been more than just a job–it’s a place that truly inspires and encourages not just me, but everyone around. It’s by far my favorite job. Not only has it taught me valuable lessons, but keeps me surrounded with people who genuinely care and believe in me.”

“Being a part of Kingdom City Coffeehouse was one of the most impactful seasons of my life. It was so much more than just a job–it was a place where I was challenged, encouraged, and truly invested in. I not only grew in my skills but I walked away inspired by the heart and vision behind everything they do. The people there didn’t just lead with excellence–they led with love.”

Kingdom City Coffeehouse is more than just a coffee shop—it’s a job training and mentorship program specifically designed for high school-aged youth.
We provide structured, supervised educational training that teaches real-world job skills, builds confidence, and helps prepare teens for future careers. Through hands-on experience in a working café, youth receive meaningful and applicable training in customer service, teamwork, time management, and professional communication.
If you’re a high school student looking to grow, be mentored, and gain valuable work experience in a supportive environment, we invite you to apply.
This program is for high school-aged youth only.
