President & Executive Director

Co-Founder

Devin Brown is a nonprofit leader and youth advocate with over a decade of experience in mentorship, outreach, and program development. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Kingdom City Coffeehouse Inc., a youth-focused nonprofit coffeehouse serving low-income and at-risk youth in Marion County. Devin brings a strong background in attendance intervention, community partnership building, and life-skills programming, having worked closely with schools, families, and local organizations to re-engage students and connect youth to educational, career, and wellness resources. His leadership centers on relationship-driven support, practical skill development, and long-term community impact.

Treasurer

Rebecca Brown is an educator, community advocate, and financial administrator with extensive experience in early childhood development, nonprofit leadership, and family support services. She currently serves as Treasurer of Kingdom City Coffeehouse Inc., where she oversees budgeting, financial tracking, and grant fund management to ensure fiscal accountability and sustainability. Rebecca brings a strong background in program development, family advocacy, and financial administration through her leadership roles in early childhood education, church finance, and community-based services. Her work is grounded in supporting vulnerable youth and families through structured care, resource access, and long-term stability.

Theresa Briggs is an experienced administrator, program director, and youth mentor with a strong background in early childhood education, nonprofit administration, and youth ministry. She currently serves as Secretary of Kingdom City Coffeehouse Inc. and Director of Risen Life Kids Academy, where she oversees program operations, curriculum development, and staff coordination. Theresa brings extensive experience in youth mentorship, foster care, and community program leadership, having supported teens and young adults through education, life-skills development, and transitional support. Her work is driven by a passion for building safe, structured, and empowering environments for youth and families.

Abraham Harris III, PhD, ThD, is a senior pastor, educator, and licensed therapy counselor with over a decade of experience in ministry leadership, youth development, and nonprofit service. He currently serves as Senior Advisor to Kingdom City Coffeehouse Inc. and Senior Pastor of Risen Life Church in Salem, Oregon. Dr. Harris brings extensive experience in education, mentoring, trauma-informed care, and community outreach, having taught middle and high school students, led youth and young adult ministries, coached championship-level athletics, and provided therapeutic support to youth and families. He is the author of seven published books and remains deeply committed to equipping young people with the emotional, spiritual, and life skills needed for long-term success.

Dion Brown is an experienced youth mentor, educator, and correctional services professional with a strong background in behavioral support, leadership development, and life skills coaching. He currently serves as Youth Outreach Advisor for Kingdom City Coffeehouse Inc., where he leads engagement and mentorship efforts for at-risk youth ages 14–24. Drawing from his experience in the juvenile justice system, ministry leadership, and education, Dion provides trauma-informed guidance, conflict resolution, and individualized support to help young people build accountability, confidence, and direction. His work is rooted in relationship-building and a deep commitment to supporting underserved and justice-involved youth.

Women’s Advisor – Risen Life Church

Angela Jones is a compassionate youth and family advisor, trauma-informed mentor, and early childhood educator with over 20 years of experience supporting youth and single-parent families. She currently serves as Youth & Family Advisor at Kingdom City Coffeehouse Inc., where she provides mentorship, crisis support, and guidance to at-risk youth and families. Drawing from her extensive background in foster care, early childhood education, and ministry leadership, Angela specializes in trauma recovery, family engagement, and emotional support. Her work is rooted in creating safe, nurturing environments that empower youth and families toward stability, healing, and long-term success.
